WHERE ARE BOOT CAMPS?
Our main location is with the North Main at Steel Ranch Community in Old Town Louisville. We are expanding to surrounding areas soon!
WHEN ARE CLASSES?
FAB Boot Camps are designed to get you the results you want! Boot Camps are conducted outdoors in the Summer and outdoor/indoor in the Winter. We are all about having fun, creating community and getting you to your BEST self! This is not just a "gym" workout but indeed a way of life!
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
Our workouts are designed to challenge you and to have you enjoy moving your body! We are FUN! We laugh, we play and we work hard! We combine workouts that include but are not limited to cardiovascular, speed, endurance, partner resistance, strength training, drills, dumbbells, barbells, tractor tires, battle ropes, fitness games, relays, scavenger hunts, races, group challenges, boxing, MMA drills, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box jumps, obstacle courses, body weight workouts, tire drills, kettlebell drills, and much more!
You will learn about your body, nutrition and balanced ways of life (mind, body, soul) from motivating, supportive, caring coaches!
WHAT IF I AM NOT IN SHAPE OR CAN'T PERFORM A CERTAIN EXERCISE?
This is an ALL LEVELS program. We are here to help you get in the shape you desire for yourself. Everyone has to start somewhere and we have boot campers of all shapes, sizes and ages. Don't worry if you can't perform each workout we provide you. We will teach you how to perform a modified, lower impact version of the exercise as an alternative. This will strengthen the targeted muscle group so that you will eventually be able to perform the original exercise.
WILL YOU YELL AT US LIKE A MILITARY BOOT CAMP INSTRUCTOR?
We inspire not put down! We only yell motivating words, positive affirmations and uplifting comments. We are here to keep you focused on the workout and your body! Abuse, harassment and rude comments are not a part of what we offer, even if you want us to.
DO YOU HAVE REFERRAL BENEFITS?
Yes!!!!!
WHAT ABOUT WEATHER?
During bad weather -snow, rain etc.- we will conduct activities indoors.
WHO CAN/SHOULD ATTEND?
Our Boot Camps are designed for all fitness levels. You do not have to be fit to start.

Yes, they are $15 each.
